CONSULTATION WITH BLAINE
What do you get with 1-1 consultations and coaching with Blaine?
If you are looking for proper guidance, and need that extra push to move you in the right direction of reaching your fitness goals, then book a one on one coaching session with me.
During this 30 min session we will identify your specific fitness goals and what obstacles you might be facing on the way to achieving those goals, while also ensuring you are meeting the necessary nutrition and training objectives to achieve those goals.
I will also follow up with weekly text or email accountability checks for four weeks after our initial consultation to make sure you are progressing.
